Good Morning Dear Diary, Another SNOWY day with Icy roads. We have had a very COLD January here in The State of Washington ( S.W. ). It's a good day when you have a weight loss, no matter how small or big. I weighed in at 158.0 lbs. I had a loss of 0.6 lbs this week. I know that the closer I get to my goal weight of 140.0 lbs the harder with will be, HOWEVER I am determined to get through this. NO TURNING BACK, I've come to far and WORKED TO HARD for this. I't that time of morning. Time for my MOCHA, then I'll get my day going. As aways, I'M THINKING THIN........ Marlene
