Okay so today was that Mexican potluck at work. Considering all the yummy stuff there I did pretty good. I had faijitas and loaded them up with the veggies and used salsa on them instead of sour cream. They were soooo good. Then I had one serving of baked chips with 1 tablespoon of fresh homemade guacamole. I came in here to type instead of going back for dessert =). Come on willpower! Hopefully I don't cave.
