Well, last night was really hard. I ate mulitple things that I shouldn't have and of course the scale showed it today. How depressing.

I am right there with ya! Plus, I have a cold now (thanks, kids!) and don't feel like exercising....but, I am going to do it anyway. We can't let one bad day (or even a few bad days) get us down. We will not give up this time!!! Hang in there!
