Good! Met with a Trainer at LifeTime this morning. Considering personal training, but don't know if we can really afford it. Sure think it will help me reach my goals.

You know. Dad would make a good personal trainer. He knows what he is talking about and has the experience of having a personal trainer for all that time. It may help if you can't afford one at lifetime. Then you could get a couple training sessions in on the weekends.

Met with my actual trainer this morning. Name's MATT. That should be easy enough to remember, huh?
He's pretty good and found out very quickly that my "muscle endurance" is effectively non-existent. More than once, he said, "Okay, let's just do this instead ..." :grin:

Signed up for 3 months of training twice a week. I REALLY need someone to MAKE me do this! Next time you see me I'll sexy ... (oh, can't use that word with you) ... uh, hot (oh, can't use that one either) ... um ... the best lookin' momma you ever had! :)
