I have become very motivated to change the way I eat and the way I live my life. This isn't a fad, or a trend, these are changes we all need to make to our lifestyle. We can do it all together, with the support from each other. Feel free to add my as a buddy if you'd like. I would love to push other people to better themselves and would love other people to push me more and more every day.
UPDATE: So I have challenged my best friend to run a half-marathon with me. We have set a general goal of July 2010 as our goal date to run. This should be interesting. Some people have already asked why I am doing it? Losing weight is a good complimentary result of the training, but I am doing this for me. For the people who would think I couldn't do it. Should be fun. I'm not going for some world record, just completion.
