Good Morning Dear Diary, An excellent weight in this Morning. I now weigh 151.0 lbs I am so over the moon with my loss. I have had a goal to lose 5.0 lbs per month since I started this journey on July 21, 2016 and I have MORE than exceeded this goal - OH YEAH :) Right now I'm suppose to weight 160.0 lbs but thanks to great effort I'm 10.0 lbs ahead of what I was suppose to weight. The Intermittent Fasting along with my modified Low Carb life style are defiantly working. I'm also kicking butt with my EXERCISING. Well, it's that time of Moring.
