Yesterday I started out okay, but I soon descended into madness. Ate too much, ate crap, ate everything in sight.
Bought a whole chicken at Whole Foods on Friday. I meant to roast it this weekend, but didn't get around to it. That was an expensive chicken, so I can't let it sit in the fridge. I will roast it tonight and save the bones for stock.
Also received the mushroom bouillon and the Instant Pot I ordered, so I need to use the hideously expensive mushrooms I also bought at WF. I must think I'm made of money!
