I have been following FM strictly since Monday. I've noticed my weight drop on the scales, but will wait to weigh in officially until Monday. I'm going to be consistent and strict as possible until the 15th. THat is my deadline or goal date.... I'm so close I'm positive I will make it. Here is a sample of my menu. normally I don't eat pineapple unless it is fresh. Monday and Tuesday menu was similar except I didn't eat pineapple It was strawberries and oranges. I love fruits and salads. So this diet is not to far from what I was eating before I started. Just before I started I added an occassional sweet. Keep Smashing Everyone! egg whites with onions and mushrooms/ pineapple (fresh) breakfast orange snack salad more pineapple lunch pistachio (9) snack salad dinner strawberries snack
60 minute bike ride 300 crunches.
