Good Afternoon Dear Diary, I'm back on track with my weight loss efforts. I think it's pretty normal for a person to get off track occasionally. Yesterday I went for a walk and hill climb then I mowed my lawn. A good day. I'll start exercising more outdoors now that Spring is here and the weather is finally getting better. Until Friday.
