just by looking at it.. its sugar, fat and very litte protein. what so good about it?

tofsla i guess it depends on what a person's goals are. when im hungry between meals i will eat celery or iceberg lettuce with herbs and no dressing. not super nutritious, but it does curb my appetite and has virtually no calories. people do what works for them. 😀

@Jencarroll - there r huge difference from let me eat some celery or iceber lettuce (food high on fiber, low on sugar, no fat, not portein) vs let me have sugar, saturated fat... its not what works - it what makes sense. i bet total calories in this not less than 350+ i.e. equal 200gr of chicken breast...

Actually, it's a meatless hamburger with the works, fruit and some kind of healthy chip things. I see absolutely nothing wrong with this meal. Did you even look at what it actually was before you made your comment @Tofsla? How about we try to not be so judgemental, of what's working for someone else.

There is nothing wrong with any meal if it fits your preference and helps you stick to your calorie goals.

I love eating like that! I would have used low calorie butter spray for potatoes.

Boca Burgers are very good! Lots of protein. For a little change my husband and son are meat eaters so we do meatballs and rice and a veggies. I eat veggies balls about a 1/4 cup of rice and a cup of the veggie and the portion size is 3 meatballs. They are pretty big.

Paula Panda, I have been wanting to try the veggie dogs. Are they good? I have only been a veggie for 2 months. I still remember the taste of regular hot dogs .

They are very good 50 cal.per dog.I have a Poultry alergy and alot of hot dogs have chicken in them and i love my hot dogs and all beef ones can be pricey .Give them a try

Is actually white American cheese. I work on a balanced diet on a daily basis to make sure I don't have too much of sodium, calcium, carbohydrates, fat, protein, etc. for those with the negative comments I've lost over 125 pounds so I don't know what I'm doing. I take these pictures of food to appease me and keep me centered on what I need to do every day and if you enjoy them I appreciate it.
