[cExcuses, excuses, excuses...Here it is the end of February and I've been going to start back on track for the last 2 months.
I don't know why it's been so hard to get motivated to get back to a healthy lifestyle. I loved buying new clothes, the compliments, the new glow in my face and a flatter stomach...I had lots of energy, loved working out and now I can't seem to get my groove back. If anyone else reads this would you tell me what got you going again?

Hi 55 Chevy, I'm dealing with the same thing! I totally gave up in December and then tried to get back on track for the past 2 months. I think I made excuses because there were parties and things. I finally just decided I needed to control myself. No going to restaurants or drinking alcohol for at least 2 weeks. I've been back on track since Sunday and it feels good! The most satisfying this is that I'm eating until I'm totally full and the next morning I'm scared to step on the scale because I think I must have gained weight...but I've actually lost weight! Just buy a whole bunch of atkins friendly food and make the commitment, after a couple days you'll be wondering why you ever fell off the wagon.

I agree, you have to get off the carb /hunger cravings, eat lots of fat/protein and the right carbs to satisfy your hunger. I fell off when I went on a cruise, then Christmas came and I was gone bad. It has taken me this long to get back on track, I don't know what caused it all but I'm ok now and feeling full all the time. Good luck!
