Day Three of my Keto plan....today I will have the best balance according to Keto macros and mine...75% fat, 20% protein, and 6% carbs 12 net carbs! Had to adjust what I ate since my dinner shrimp was not defrosted so ad-libbed a bit which added a few more cals....but ratios stayed right in target....

This site makes it easier to determine my ratios as it lets me play with amounts and keep the balance..

Taking my magnesium, Vit D and lots of fluids to avoid the 'keto flu'. Even spilling a trace of Ketones already!

Gonna do some light house work, and some light weights/stretches today and talk to Mike and Kelly about using their pool for some water jogging when convenient ....

Will check into McMurtrey pool next month....Wish I could walk but air is terrible, too hot and weekends, Christy can't walk with me....so....have to adapt..

Proud of myself that even with all stress and sad feelings about necessary rift with my family, I have not let it interfere with my eating plan...

It's expensive though! Gonna take some research to keep the costs down , buy in bulk next month and plan more recipes/meals in quantity to save money..
