I'm so off track lately. I am starting to lose my motivation. Anyone got some ideas to get my motivation jump started again. I know this is why my diets always fail.

C'mon now, I don't want to hear any of that talk!!! Motivation...how about those two kids who need you, the fact that summer is on it's way, and that your an amazing and very busy mom who needs to hear that she can do this!! Look how far you you have come so far this year!! You've got this, switch it up a little, take some you time and enjoy your wii, write down all your food, and drink your water, you will not fail, and so it's a slow process, slow and steady wins the race right?? Keep going, don't give up on yourself! Use your Wii you can add this to your exercise diary under other then type it in and put in the time and cals burned. You may have two do it twice, but it will enter!! Do this for you!

don't get hung up on whether the scale moves today or even this week...focus on the total you have lost (which is great!) and the direction you are headed and keep plugging along. (I say this to myself as much as to you since I need the pep talk too :-)
