Here is the meatball recipe I used. Instructuons to follow in comments.

1496 kcal Fett: 87,85g | Eiw: 50,84g | Kohlh: 114,14g.   Frühstück: Bananas, Egg, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Walnuts, Honey. Mittagessen: Lettuce, Pace Pico De Gallo, Watermelon, Beef Brisket (Whole, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Cooked, Braised), Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking). Abendessen: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Kroger Baby Carrots, President Soft Ripened Brie Cheese. Snacks/Sonstiges: SCD Peanut Butter Brownies. mehr...

Blend the first five ingredients together in a food processor (or you can mince finely the herbs and garlic and grind the herbs by hand if you want). I added pork skin crumbs to stretch the recipe, but you don't have to. Combine with meet and shape into sixteen 1.5" balls. Brown in a skillet or bake at 400 F for 20-25 min. You'll need a drip tray if you use the oven method or they will be sitting in their own grease when you pull them out. Enjoy!
