ok, so I didn't follow completely thru with my plans to start back on phase 1 yesterday. We had company. And, right here is where I can come up with several excuses, I shall spare you all. So I've had a fresh start today. Egg white and Strawberries for breakfast.
Orange for a snack. Right now I'm drinking a smoothie (soymilk, strawberries and banana). I will have salad and fruit the rest of the day. It definately feels like the first couple days of detox my head is hurting. I know it will get better and I will feel better soon. At least I did do my 60 minute bike ride yesterday. Hopefully that took care of some of what I shouldn't have eaten. The worst part is how I felt about myself after I had eaten. It might have had something to do with my monthly. Oh Oh, I meant to keep my excuses to myself. I will feel better once I get back into the groove of things.

You have done such a great job, you can still enjoy little endulgences here and there without derailing yourself. Don't feel guilty!

You have reached your goal and that in itself is time for a treat! NO worries, you are doing so AWESOME...one day of eating something not right is just fine, as long as you know not to indulge, you will be just fine! Keep up the great attitude!!!
