Thanks for the pep talk girls. I haven't been recording my food as I should. My life has gotten so busy and I'm a stressed about some family health issues that its hard to remember to focus. I've slipped up a little now and then but I see that I'm still losing ...its just that I'm losing less than I was at first. I gotta find the will to continue, I didn't put this weight on overnight so I gotta quit expecting it will come off overnight (although that would be nice =) )
