I entered this as a post by mistake, so I'm pasting it here for my first journal entry.
I started fatsecret today, but I started my cleanse on Tuesday, so today is actually my third day. I'm already seeing results. I've lost 3 pounds. The biggest change is my skin. I used to have very dry skin. It didn't matter how much water I drank or how much lotion I used, my skin was always dry, chapped, and cracking. I noticed tonight that my skin looks nice now. My husband thought that I had put lotion on. And a rash that I had on my left arm is gone too. Amazing! In just three days, my skin is already noticably healthier! I can't wait to see what results I have avfter the full 2 weeks is up!
