Daniel are you a diabetic? Cut the carbs 20 grams or less would be my suggestion. When you eat your body uses what you eat for fuel. If you cut the carbs or eliminate them, your body then uses stored fat in your liver for fuel. Thus losing weight! Good luck, you can do this!

Thanksgiving dinner? My weight was up over 3 pounds this morning and I thought I really watched it - but a tablespoon or two of everything still added up. I'm not posting my weight though until I give it a couple days.
