Diet: KETO OMAD on a Side Plate.... 1 naughty day yesterday with chips but otherwise Very Low Carb (veg that grows above ground) with Low Protein and High Fat. Day 4 and as of yesterday all my mad hungers have gone and happy to go 23.5 hours just drinking water and green tea. I am going to reach my goal this year. I have given up alcohol and carbs, sugar, veg that grows below ground, fruit except squeezes of lemon- Eating mainly raw or lightly steamed to get the best goodness, and shopping at farmers markets in order to get fresh...I hate supermarkets and their poor quality veg and plastic.
