Well I tried really hard to do the 50/50/50 last night, but was not as successful as I would like to have been. Did 50 crunches, 50 backups (thats even if Im doing them the right way which I dont think I am), and am sad to say only did 10 situps. Today is a new day so maybe I'll start with the situps first tonight.
