I seem to be starting this week in the hole again! I spent the weekend at my sisters and did real good sticking to my diet until late saturday night and cheated by eatin some potatoe chips and then later ate some crackers! ugh! So when i weighed this morning I have gained a pound! So today I am back on the wagon doing everything I need to do to lose weight. I also hope to start walking to get some excercise something I am terrible about getting in.
