I purchased the Tri- cord exercise kit at JC ( the resistance cords ) and tried it last night with the DVD that it came with. My eight year old son joined in and we had a blast. I really liked it because it was not your typical aerobic class to music ( I really hate those classes - I am not coordinated enough ) My son and I are now engaged in what we call " cord wars " to see who can keep it up on a daily basis..... now my teenaged son said he wants in on the action too! I highly recommend it....

You know, at my Saturday Bootcamp we used tension cords and I thought...this should be a couples' exercise class. But a family class with kids could work too!
