Whew! Just got done jogging for 40 minutes while watching The Biggest Loser. I don't jog, well I should now say I didn't jog. I had amuch easier time than I ever gave myself credit for. I am still a little to self conscience to jog outside, but I will definitly be doing it in doors again! I don't even feel tired, I actually feel much more energized, and a little hungry. Hmmm...Here is my dihlema. I just worked off a few hundred calories and I don't want to put those right back in my body. Does this mean I am not eating enough calories during the day? I know I need to more at the start of my day. That is going to be one of the goals I work on achieving.

Welcome to FS, it is very helpful :) As far as eating around your exercise, if is good to eat something after you work out, as well as before. I usually have a piece of fruit before working out- a banana or apple. Then after, something with protein- a handful of nuts or a cup of milk. Stretching your calories out over the day is going to be the best approach. And getting enough breakfast is very important especially. One step at a time though, you're here and you're doing it :) It works as long as you stick with it for the long haul!
