Hello I'm joining this to get more support,ideas and advice. About 10 years ago i lost 60lbs..all on my own. But over the past year ive gained 15 lbs back and its soooo hard to get those 15lbs off. I recently found out that i need a total knee replacement and im only 32yrs old. I know i have extra pounds and by losing this wt, maybe i'll buy myself a few more years before surgery is the only alternative.

My husband and I soon want to try having kids, but im determined to lose those extra pounds and few more, before pregancy. So any advice please feel free to tell me.
