I used to work in a very stressful job and food was always around. It seemed like we ate during 70% of the day. Now I work from home, so food choices are mine alone. I am committed to lose weight for my health and have already lost 30 pounds since I left there in October.

I bike ride for excercise and am taking the dog on long walks. Junk food (even snacks for the kids) have been replaced by fruit. Juice by Crystal Light. Desert is now 10 calorie jello with some light whipped cream topping. I don't miss the giant bowls of icecream or other junk foods. I am also not depriving myself. If I eat a McDonalds cheeseburger because I really want one, I do so guilt free, because I make it up by eating less later or excercising more.

I wish everyone luck who is reading this and hope that three or four months from now I find that I have stuck to my plan and am still losing weight!
