I wend on vacation with my husband and we stayed with his family for 10 days. They are such sweet people and we always have too much fun. Unfortunately that means tons of food and many many bottles of wine. Both of us are trying to recover from the trip weight wise. I gained about 3 pounds from where I was before the trip started. Going to run today and try to get back on track.

Totally fallen off the wagon. Traveled for work, major move and job change all contributed to my whole plan going out the window for a bit and I've lost much of the progress I worked for. Kind of bummed right now but will work to be re-committed but am a little scared because the holiday season is coming up.

I love LC butternut squash ravioli. And I love wine and chocolate and sleeping in instead of exercising early in the morning. If I only loved the first and not 2-4 I would be 140 by now. lol.

I've been absent for a bit due to the internet in my new office being slow to establish. I've fallen off WW a little because my friend that I was doing it with quit and started a vegan diet which she enjoys but just wouldn't work for my lifestyle. I started tracking points from Monday to Monday but I don't think that works for me as well as the Weds to Weds that I was doing before. Basically it seems like I eat/drink more on weekends with the husband and friends so I use a lot of points then. If I'm tracking Monday through Friday as a set I've already probably used most of my extra points so the weekends seem tense and I overeat because I feel like I've already screwed up. When I track Weds-Weds, I can use a lot of extra points on weekends and then just "make up" for it Mon-Weds. Anyway...new strat will be to start new points on Thurs as if I was still going to meeting on Weds night. Hope everyone is doing well!
Went to a cabin at Big Bear over the weekend and had so much fun. Really nice to feel such gratitude for time with family and friends...sometimes life is so busy that I don't really take the time to just look around at all the love and light in my life. This weekend I really had a sense of how lucky I am and the wonder of it all made the beautiful time even better. Cheesy maybe but that's where I'm at this morning. God bless :)
