Today was all 4’s—-44 minute workout, 244.4lbs and 44in waist line. Not making this up!! Even though the scale said I was up, my waist line said I was down from 47.5 on April 5, 2024 to 44 today.🤩 It’s “funny” how we get caught up in the numbers game of the scale! No wonder people have been saying I have lost weight! I should really just learn to say “Thank you “ and not shortchange the compliment with lame comments of why the scale hasn’t moved. Overall week —brought lunch every day (except maybe today) —learned a value gut lesson—best not to eat 2 cups of baby carrots and 2 cups of asparagus soup (GERD recipe) with added Old fashioned oats for bulking the soup up. WAY too much — my gut remains in recovery mode since that meal/-yesterday felt just REALLY yuck yuck and was realllieves

Imagine how much I could be losing had I not been losing sleep! 😴 achieved second day of 7000 steps. Going for my 3rd day. Had my protein shake en route from work to home- seems to help keep the sabotage monster at bay. I did succumb to my desire to finish up the last 2 cups of kale 🥬 with avocado 🥑 oil—cooked for a minute in microwave. Just felt like I NEEDED it. #OddCravings
