So trying something a little different this time around. I am working out 5 to 6 days a week and cutting way back on my carbs. Only allowing myself 50 to 60 carbs a day. This is very hard, due to the fact that soooooo much food have carbs. What are some good healthy foods that are low in carbs that I can add to my diet. Thanks for any ideas.

Been terribly sick for the last two weeks. So I am hoping to get back to the work outs and eating correctly. Cant eat right when you cant keep anything down. Hoping I have made the turn and I am getting better.

Hello all,
I have been gone since July 2015. Due to personal reason I was not logging and not working out. But I am back now and more determined than ever. But I have learned to not expect miracles over night and hard work and eating the correct way is the only way for me. So starting work out last week, doing 3 days a week to start. Working my way back to the healthy me!!!
