ive been taken the advice to eating really slowly and its really working :)
ive only had breakfast and lunch and i feel gd and full :)
also power walked to the station and bak :) xxx

I have not recored in this in 356 days and that due to a number of reasons. one being i made myself really sick drinking diet shakes and not eating while spending to much time in the gym. but ive met an amazing guy whos i slowly helping me get bak into a normal diet and am feeling more confident and happy in myself :) ive weight myself today as i feel bigger and i want to do this proper. ive gained alot but that mostly with the sweeties and much munched :P
