First, I hit OVERWEIGHT BMI this week!!!! 🥳

I started at Obese 3 or morbidly obese then Obese2 then Obese 1 and now...who'd have thought I’d be so happy to say I'm overweight? On the inside I cannot wrap my head around being 31 pounds away from "normal" weight. This is the top end of normal for sure but my goal is be healthy, not super thin. 😎

Looks like the weight gain last week was some sort of water retention. I did not do anything drastic last week although I did go back to stricter plan like in Dec with healthy 1200 cal and two power walks a day - usually 2 miles AM, 3 miles PM. I expect when I hit maintenance weight, I will always have to journal and weight in at least 2x/mo if not weekly. When I don't have visible controls I lose track of how much I've eaten as well as the right mix. Not much makes me happier than a bag of good quality trail mix with cholocate chips. I could keep eating that even after I was so full my stomach hurt.
