I was beating myself up for the Starbucks wrap that I ate yesterday, then I went to Starbucks.com to check the nutritional value and it actually wasn't that bad. Pretty high in fat, BUT low calories, kept me very satisfied and had lots of vitamin A and a huge amount of fiber. So, it's one of those "if you must eat on the run, then eat this" choices. Feeling good about most things but I can see me starting to slip... like, "ahhh, I've lost lost all this weight so I can start having treats again." A couple extras snogs of wine, some cocoa treats, an oven sandwich at Starbucks. I'm still in my calorie intake range, but not getting the full nutritional bounce, and DEFINITELY feeling the sluggishness set in. The reality is you can never slack. The personal trainer in our office says he hasn't eaten pizza in 3 years. God, I can't even imagine that.

I totally ate a HUGE amount of Chocolate today. It's always chocolate Friday in our office but today was pretty bad. But I planned for it, only ate the really good stuff, and did workout this morning. AND for good measure I have no crazy plans this weekend that involve eating.
I'm going to stick to the Skinny Jeans workout program that I have, (well, I'll move some of the sessions around to suit me) but all in all, I'm really excited about my weight in on Sunday.
I did finally have the courage to finally try on my goal pants and guess what??? Since I've stopped eating muffins... no muffin top!! They almost fit! Who-HOOOO!! Just have to keep the good mojo going.

It's only day two but I'm stoked. First, I've lost the mysterious six pounds I gained already just preparing for this challenge. AND I've found a workout buddy online which rocks beyond belief. We're going to help keep each other accountable.
Some yummy things I love:
- Kraft Calorie Wise Sun Dried Tomato Salad Dressing
- A chocolate mint gum one of the girls in office introduce me to
- Lemon zest
- my yoga mat
- a dark room with candles and a place to stretch

Well I finally dropped the six initial pounds that I gained just from walking and pre-challenge diet alteration. I don't know if the 151 weight was a bit of bloat or what but I do notice that my clothes fit better. I did oink out yesterday, but other than that I've been really good and sticking to my 1,500 calorie diet. Can't "weight" to see how the challenge improves my perspective and hoping that I'll make some new online friends in the process.
