I NEED SOME GUIDANCE. Im totally lacking motivation and need to get back into the gym I just dont seem to have the energy and cant get it together AND Ive caught myself eating even when Im not hungry. I already screwed up today's diet with some mac salad this morning. I dont care. Ive been nauseous for days due to a new med Im taking and it was that or bread so I chose the lesser of the two evils. MEH. AND then my check was short 300$ so not having a good day..Only sharing this bc Im an emotional eater.. trying to avoid that today. I quickly reset and had some low carbiness. No time like the present.

Im still here .. or back.. haven't posted in a while.. Texas got hit by Harvey pretty bad.. Im in Austin and we only had a few days of heavy wind and rain but my uncle and cousin lost everything so we had them here with us. Then Florida.. we hosted one of my middle school bff's and her parents until they could get back to their Texas house yesterday.. And then I had a cancer scare.. turned out to be fibroids (tumors) but the are causing me some female issues none the less.. SO I haven't posted or worked my OWL at all.. it just didn't seem important with everything else going on around me. BUT, Im back.. trying to get back to normal and shake the 4 lbs I put on. Focusing on detoxing... yes, I had ALOT of carbage, resetting my water intake and focusing on getting at least 4 days of cardio in 20-30 min a day. baby steps. Ive done it, I can do it, I will make it happen. Ive come to far to lose it.. Main goal right now is to get back under 180.So with that said, I made deviled eggs, bacon, hummus and cut up veggies for the next few days and stocked up on chicken and veggies.. wish me luck ! Heres my latest pic.. CHEERS

Ok a continuation of the poop post yesterday.. I got the magnesium this morn. Took 500mg-1 pill. Now what? Just one a day? How many days will it take to take effect? The bottle says "supports bone and muscle health". Did I get the right one ? Im working diligently to be sure to get back into my fish oil and other supplements..and Im REALLY trying to get my water in..Had a hot tea with lemon last night with fiber and added the fiber to coffee this morn. I just need to focus on the leafy greens and water and more water..

I need to poop! No other nice way to put it.. Things are not moving in the right direction. Going on two weeks where Im not "regular" and its sounds weird but I can only go on the weekend?? bwhaha! Ive been adding fiber and miralax to coffee every morning for about 3 weeks now and even took a lax last night and NADA!! I have a dr's appt on 8/25 but until then, BUDDIES HELP! More water? Prunes? More leafy greens.. Im used to once a day on schedule so this is hard on my tummy.. Any advice, criticism and/or jokes are appreciated.. I dont care! Im dying here!

Feeling pretty decent today. Slept almost 7 hours, which is huge for me. Woke up at 3:30 am, made breakfast, deviled eggs, chicken salad, cut up veggies to eat with hummus and refilled the brita. Made it to gym and got most of my chores done before work.. The old me is slowly making her way back in...Its taken some work on my part with the whole move/break-up/move back in..but my ride on the emotional roller coaster is coming to an end. I hope everyone has a absolutely wonderful day today.
