Today Im grateful I didn't cheat last night and Ive resolved to just accept the fact that I just dont have time to work out this week. A break is good anyway. Remember Majohn used to work out 3 weeks a month then take a week off?? Too much going on right now. Once my house is in order, I will get back on track at the gym. I know that to have over all balance, I need to work on all aspects of my life. So, house now, gym next week. And Im up and down all day so that counts for something in my book. Today's hurdle was running to buy a money order before work to pay our rent bc the online portal is disabled and its due today. Then mom called, and at that point I said ef and went to the store to do my weekly shop. Diet is just as important. Hanging steady at 182 right now and think I not going to produce a loss bc I never do when I dont work out but maintaining is just as good in my book. Have a awesome day buddies and friends !

day three of no gym. That thing I had where I dont sleep at night came back last night. Its been almost 3 whole months with no event then last night I woke up at 140 am and could not go back to sleep. I am literally running on steam right now- 3hrs of sleep. Im so grateful I work from home . Ill catch up tonite but right now just doing my best to hang on. The best I can do is stick to my diet as much as possible and hydrate. Planning a trip to a 4 story museum on Sunday- good way to get some excersise in after I clean out my storage closet..Its better then nothing right LOL. I will aim for gym again tomorrow bc i dont care if its just one or two days.. Im not gonna stop trying.. :)

sooo i was bad last night.. work was just awful and it was a long shift and our a/c and cable went out ( i work at home) so I was snippy with BF and then emotionally ate some ice cream. I dont care about the carbs as much as I do that it was dairy and REALLY messed up my stomach.. I need to stop that abusing my body this way. I know dairy is bad for me, but I just dont care sometimes. I can handle some cheeses in moderation and heavy cream and occasional yogurt but that's about it. Any more that that and I wanna die.. SOO boo hoo.. enough whining. Trying to redeem myself today.. Im 2 lbs away from my goal of 180 by this weekend. I really need to get my rear in gear. Missed the gym again today bc I was too lazy to get out of bed.We are almost done moving and I was just straight up tired. BUT the week is not over. I can still make progress (this is my pep talk to myself) LOL. Hoping every one is having a great day so far! Cheers !

not able to get to gym today. Work offered a lot of OT and I need to take advantage of it. BUT we did get a lot of steps in over the weekend and Im busy still unpacking so MEH, it evens out - sorta. Gonna focus on my diet today

feeling great about my loss this week.. Hope to try keep it up bc it really been a long time since I lost anything. We are almost finished moving today and tomorrow. SOO with that said I will be back at my house and living across the street from my gym. Monday Im going in early and getting out late but I can still swing some cardio. I wake up at 445 am and dont work till 7am and I work at home so Im sure I can do it.. then its lifting all next week.. GOTTA HAVE GOALS !!! Im almost to the 170's and when I get there I am going to cry happy tears. I have not been on the 170's since 2010 or so..
