The birthday celebrations have started early with curry goat, rice an peas & coleslaw. All home cooked by my youngest daughter. Ate early so I have a chance to work some of it off lol Bbq with the grandchildren tomorrow

Not at all diet or fitness related post.
I've been called out of retirement to deal with a particularly complicated case today.
It breaks my heart when people have been ripped off by pest control companies, especially when, like today, it's a house with adults with learning difficulties. Charging them extortionate rates and not solving the problem.
Ladies, gentlemen and those in between, if you use public transport, cinemas/theatres or hotels, please check your bed regularly for bed bugs! It's currently bed bug silly season. Don't under any circumstances use chemicals or over the counter products as this will only spread them (they run from the smell). Vacuum the area infected, empty immediately into an outside bin and seek professional advice.
Yes, they're disgusting little critters but they can be eradicated with the right ( non chemical)treatment.
