trying to recover from 2 seizures in 4 days. Too much fun over our vacation and not enough rest. I am really too tired to eat or do too much except I did ride my recumbent bike for 20 min. This low carb diet is an easy diet at least. one problem, it makes me constipated. Anyone have that problem?

Home from Branson and I actually lost a couple of pounds after all the eating out at the shows. I guess it worked because so many shows had plenty of meat, beef and chicken. I was able to resist the rolls which I normally can't. And for the first time in years I had no desire for snacks. The only side effect I notice with a low carb diet has been a greasy taste in my mouth. Anyone notice that? I also crave water a lot.

I started the week we came to Branson, Mo for vacation. might as well start some time, right. I figure I can weigh when we get back. trying the low carb thing and using this app to track everything. It is getting easier now that I am getting the hang of it. The shows and walking around the town help take my mind off the diet.
