A good day today. Spent the whole day on the phone it seems. The kids may be grown and grandkids working at it but they still need an ear to talk to. But I now have a lot to catch up on. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and people are more important than doing stuff. Love my family
But I need to eat some more calories today before I go to bed. I need some good bedtime low carb snacks.

Going to get out to do some volunteer work today. Husband has been sick so we spent 4 1/2 hrs in the drs office yesterday. Talk about sore today from all the sitting. They need new chairs. (Just a side bar and gripe there). But sure don't want him to get any worse cause I love that man.
I have been so bloated lately and out of sorts so I am trying acidophilus today. Maybe it will help set everything right.

Gained another lb. Maybe set my carb cut off at 50. have to find the right one for me.
