I didn't work out AT ALL this past week. Bad me! But, thank goodness for a weight loss, that's attributed to my eating being on point. I'm firing up for next week because that (my eating) with my usual 3-4 days of exercise will definitely bring me down in the L.B.s. Who knows? maybe I'll be in the 280s??? Dare I say it??? LOL If not, it's all good because I've come a great way and I am so thankful for it! Every second of the day is an incredible blessing and evidence of how far God has brought me. Now I'm off to church to sing His praises! Have a great Sunday buddies. :)

Just came back from Chicago for a friend's wedding and I am super proud of myself. I used the hotel's fitness center every single day I was there. Although I didn't have access to internet, I wrote down everything I ate. I just entered everything and unfortunately, ate a lot less than my daily caloric value. However, I used the scale in the fitness center of the hotel and was super excited to see a 3lb loss. Woo-hoo! :) Have a great week everyone!

Words cannot express how ELATED I am! I'm so thankful that God has given me the strength and provided avenues of obtaining the wisdom necessary to finally lose this weight. I am now under 300 lbs!! I have not been here since my freshman year of college back in 2000. I'm, just speechless and in tears....tears of joy. This is actually happening! I'm in shock and in awe that it is happening to me. :) Have a blessed Sunday everyone!

Feeling great about this past week. I'm loving this new lifestyle. I've progressed in leaps and bounds if I'm compelled to go to the gym to avoid my nephew's very chocolate birthday cake. LOL My family was impressed and so was I!

Well, I'm not really surprised. I figured that last week's lost had more to do with not eating enough and since I've resumed my normal eating patterns, I've "even-ed out." I feel like this is the weight I should've hit last week (around 3lbs lost instead of 6). It just sucks to see it and get it taken away so quick! LOL With this weigh-in, I'm not sure I'll be able to make my mini-goal of under 300lbs by the end of April. I don't think I'll make these "timeline" goals any more. I want to be healthy and I need to lose weight in order to be that...regardless of the time it will take. :) Have a great week everyone!
