I'm gonna give a Ric Flair Whooooo! Inspired by Steph W, I took a spinning class this morning and I was determined to go through to the end and I DID!!! :) What a feeling! I'm beyond pumped despite the time of the class (5:45AM). Afterward, I even did my upper body workout.

So, I was suprised that Spinning wasn't an option on the exercise diary. No worries, I found a great calorie burned calculator (http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc) that estimated 947 calories for an hour long spin class!!! Wowza! Let me assure you I felt every calorie in that workout! My u-shaped sweat stain on my shirt was at my belly button, LOL!

Tonight I pick up my bestie from the airport. I'm so excited to see her, she's recently lost over 60lbs from both of her pregnancies. I told her she looks "high school skinny" from her FB pics. I can't wait to get back to high school skinny...oh wait, I'm almost there! :)

Yes! 2lbs down and into the 280s...ah it feels good to be here, but I won't stay for long! :) I am sooo exhausted today. So much was going on and I'm just glad to be back home...with my wonderful shower and water pressure! LOL! Today's eating was very weird and sporatic...I barely had a minute to stop and think about food. I just ate after I worked out with my ex-fiance. He saw how well I was doing and he asked for help and I was really happy to help him and show him what I was doing.

Well, here's another weekend that came and left. :( Only 4 more days to a great 3-day weekend with my two BFFs. One lives down here in FL near me and one lives in MS. I'm so excited for us to come together in sunny Ft. Lauderdale. Oh I can hear the beach calling our names now. :) Ok all, have a great Sunday night...I've got some preparing to do.

Today was my nephew's graduation from preschool. It was so cute, because he had his little cap gown...if only he knew how much longer he had to go! We went to a CiCi's-like pizza buffet place. After entering what I ate, I decided not to have dinner. I'm going to load myself on water to help with the sodium. I'm pretty sure the calories came out less because the slices were like the "baby slices." But, I want to stay conservative with my numbers and over-count just in case. What's crazy is that I wasn't full or stuffed, just content with my salad, pesto pasta and pizza. But I don't want to consider to eat anything else for the rest of the day. If I get hungry...I'll probably have a piece of fruit or tea. I'm not sure. What do you think would be the best course of action for me? Mind you, I ate my lunch around 3p. It is now 5 min to 8p. I'm not hungry yet, but what if I do get hungry? I'd like to get your opinions on it buddies. :-)
