wow it has been 67 days since I last weighed in. Needless to say I've put on some pounds. So I am back to take it back off and maybe a few extra. I've followed phase one all day to day and plan on at least a 45 minute bike ride. I will be checking in to make sure I stay on the straight and narrow.

ok so i started back today. i've done well all except an 100 calorie pack. i was starving and had no other options in the car.
i've got to go shopping manana so that i don't start reaching for just anything. i've still got my workout to do later. i was not able to weigh in this am. i'm going to check it in the am manana so i will know how much i've lost by the end of detox.

Hello All. I wanted to record an entry before I go workout. I haven't been checking in lately. I've being doing ok up until this week. Not sure what my problem is. It seems I am looking for a taste or a texture to satisfy and nothing seems to satisfy. So I feel as if I am eating everything in sight. Fortunately I have continued to workout. I've got to get it together. My goal for the rest of the week is to watch what I am putting in my mouth. AND, I don't mean oh look there it goes right in my mouth. I mean the content of what I actually do put in. I am going to commit to start the detox phase 1 on Monday. I think at my height I can safely commit to losing 5 more llbs. Let me not kid myself plus the 2 to 3 I've probably added on this week. I will wait to weigh in Monday morning so to get an accurate read for my detox. I hope everyone is doing great!
