Fasting loss - will of course bounce a bit when I next eat (Friday).

42 hours into my fast and I'm on my 2nd 2 litre bottle of water. Because of the bursitis in my hips I'm not getting enough sleep. This morning I made myself stay in bed until after 6 am as I know that Tony will wake up and won't go back to sleep properly if I'm up and he needs his sleep too.
I don't know what to do about the bursitis. I've been having intermittent steroid injections since I was 19 (44 years) and last time I was warned that I shouldn't keep having them as I could get brittle bones - but nothing else calms them enough. It's been well over 5 years and they just keep getting worse and worse. Ah well it's not that big a deal in the scheme of things - others have it worse - and I can always have an afternoon nap.

We're now thinking that Seaford is the place for us - nice and flat(ish) unlike Hastings. Here's a couple of pictures that Tony took and a couple I took

Had a good day out yesterday - now I'm shattered again. We went to Seaford to see what it was like. When we move from here - after Shirley dies (she's 96) we want to live by the sea - and Tony loves the Downs. Seaford has both - and is fairly flat too, which is a bonus. House/Apartment prices will be in our price range, unless, of course, Seaford 'takes off' before we are ready to move. It's a nice sleepy town, doesn't seem much of a holiday destination - pebble beach, of course, like most Kent/Sussex beaches.
I ate really well - nuts, chia seeds and Oatly milk for breakfast, mixed grill in the pub for lunch - Tony ate 90% of the chips - and then we stopped for ice cream - good ice cream - and I gave in and had a triple - ginger, salt caramel and rum & raisin. It was so good. I can avoid Walls and such like but proper ice cream is just so nice - and less sweet.
So back to fasting. I've set myself 133 hours - which will take me to when we go out again on Friday. Scales still messing around so no weigh in.
