Been a really tense few days. On Monday we received notice that we need to move out of our house in 2 weeks. We've been trying to get out of our rental contract for the last three months, and finally they found a new tenant. However that only gave us 2 weeks to find a new place, process all the applications, pack and move!! I managed to negotiate another week, so our moving date is 5th July.
Just to add to the problems, I've been on double shifts all this week as my colleague is on holiday. My boss has kindly arranged for me to have Friday and Saturday afternoon off, so I can view some houses then. Unfortunately my fella is out of town tomorrow so I'll have to see one of the houses on my own, not ideal.
We're having problems as well because a lot of landlords won't accept a cat. It's actually tempting to lie and say we haven't got one, but I don't want to do anything that might end up with us getting kicked out!
My Monday weigh in was during my period, so I wasn't surprised not to lose any. Weighed last night and I have lost 2lbs since then, so I'm still dropping 2lbs a week, which is great. Just another 2lbs to my first goal, which is 10% of the weight I need to lose. At this point my reward is the Lets Dance game for Wii. I haven't managed any exercise this week apart from short walks at lunchtime. Hopefully I'll be able to do some tomorrow afternoon, although I also want to make a start on clearing out the garage!!

Interesting. Yesterday I felt that I'd eaten like a pig and that I was bound to have gone way over 20 net carbs and over 2000 cals. However on entering my meal I find it's not even reached 18, even with the olives I ate.
Dr A's book (not the brand new one, the one from about 2001) has olives listed as 5 carbs per 5 olives. Fatsecret says that's nowhere near. Hmmm...
