Just went on the Ketogenic calculator to be told the following from my weight and height
To stay in ketosis I need to eat 770 calories per day
=25g carbs 13% 100 cal
=100g protein 52% 400 cal
=30g fat 35% 275 cal
=Deficit 1089 cal ...Should lose 9.2lbs by the end of this month.
=1879 cal to maintain weight

=84lbs could be lost in 15 months Aim 01st February 2017

Day 3 and I have to be honest with myself that even though I kept under my RDI I ate a naughty yesterday due to my husband wanting toast for his tummy bug.......Did have a couple of sandwiches followed by an evening homemade chicken coconut curry with brown rice ... Look postitively and aim for a good day today
Well apart from 2 slices of bread and a glass or red the day went well on food and cleaning of kitchen ....hubby still unwell possibly back tomorrow

Started fasting yesterday and am to eat dinner only between 4 and 7 pm so I am on a 21/3 fast and my meal aim is 70% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs and eating raw food with every meal ....favourite is my new coleslaw of brussels red and green cabbage chives red onion topped with my paleo homemade mayo to which I add any organic egg and any grass fed meat or wild fish...oh and added olives ev olive oil and apple cider vinegar . all good stuff
