Trying to keep it steady as I go!! The trick I've learned this time around is not getting thrown off balance by one or even two bad days. A bad day here and there is no reason (or excuse) to not get right back on track and keep going. So what if I'm not perfect. I am human. My body needs high quality protein, fiber and some healthy carbs along with vitamins, minerals and amino acids to function properly. Being active is the best gift I can give myself for energy and having the ability to do the things I want to do in this life. I've found that anticipation is an enemy of mine, so I let it go. I live in the moment. I live in the NOW. I don't anticipate, either good or bad events or emotions. That way, I do not build up false expectations, while I also free myself of dread. Living in the moment is the best thing I can do for my present and FUTURE self. Mobility is my favorite non-scale victory. I was stuck before but now I'm a body in motion. Close enough to my goal weight now I can feel it and I'm so ready!! Have a momentous day, living one moment at a time. Much love.
