I was definitely shocked that I lost a few pounds this weigh in. Because of my arthritis in both knees, I had to stop with the exercising. It is very hard mentality to know that a simple walk at home video is a hardship for me.Something that I used to do last month I cannot do now. Something that I know the routine and words to, I cannot do now. IT'S VERY HARD! I was starting to thing that this arthritis was taking me down. That I lost the race but when i saw that scale,I almost yelled, lol. I made some changes. I purchased new sneaks. I do notice that it is very important for me in this situation. I started drinking my hibiscus, which has helped with the pain tremendously. I really think that I had some kind of fluid build up in my knees. They do not feel tight anymore. I credit that to the hibiscus. I have a treadmill on the way. Switching to walking and weights.It is my goal to have be 299 when I return next month. I am going to keep trying, no time to turn back.

OMG! I was totally a bad girl yesterday. Not all day though. I had three slices of pizza and before that I had some beans and turkey. Now, I know that I did not need that pizza after already feeling full from my beans. My stomach felt like I ate a ton of bricks! Of course I was mad at myself but I said today I as going to do it right. After having my doctor telling me that I am pre-diabetic, I am not trying to go back God Willing. No, No,No. I already know what will happen if I did not eat correctly. Now, I want to see what will happen if I do and add my exercises.Will be so happy when my treadmill gets here so I can switch from the walk at home video with Leslie Sansone. It's awesome but hard on my right knee because of the arthritis. That's right, not even 40 and I have arthritis. Something that my mother does not have.Anyway, I am going to keep trying and my next weigh in is on February 17 and I am aiming to be in the 200s God Willing.
