As a manager I am pretty terrible at bringing in snacks and donuts for my crew.The reason? I don't need them, so I don't think about them. I have a great employee that feeds the morning crew every Wednesday. Usually some bacon and french toast sticks which I can easily get past. He got lazy today and picked up some donuts, they look delicious! After the crappy start to my morning I could really use one, but I will resist. Sticking to my game plan! Even after my wife said it would be okay. It's not okay with me. I have a goal and I am going to meet it. I am finally over being sick and will begin my exercise program again tonight.
I hope everyone can get past their roadblocks today. One day at a time, mini-goals are important. I set mine to not eat a donut that is sitting about 8 feet away from me right now.

I have has some sort of flu like bug over the past few days which really messed me up. no appetite at all. I'll probably gain a pound back over the next few days.
