Only 2 kg away from my goal! One last finally dash towards my holiday leaving on Friday cannot wait for it!
This week again sustaining 1800-1900 calorie intake with minimal fatty foods. This week I have targeted myself on eating lots of high protein bases foods such as carb killa bars and chicken every meal👍🏻

Another week another 0.6 kg lost, I have been consistently high this week with an average daily intake of 2050 calories compared to other/recent weeks of 1800-1900.
As I’m slowly but surely cutting my body fat percentage down I’m going to start taking a high daily percentage of protein in a desperate attempt to gain more muscle.
My holiday is right around the corner 26th of July fortunately the fun doesn’t stop when I am in Poland I will sign up for another gym and continue the grind out there.

I could get use to this, another week and have dropped off another 0.8kg this brings me another step closer to my end goal.
I’m currently at a 17% body fat percentage.
This week I had a few days this week where I barley scarped 1000 calories but this was due to having no food that I fancied or being busy during the evening.
3 weeks then I’m away from my holiday so excited - there is going to be a dent when I’m in Poland but will make sure that e everything is kept at a moderate. But as for this week another loss!

Another great result 1.4kg lost this week, had a bit of inconsistency with my scales so will have another checkin tomorrow.
I thought I would’ve weighed more heavy gym session(1 hour upper body) followed by a round of golf - safe to say I was knackered 😂
This puts me much closer to my final result, I’m off on holiday in 4 weeks time to Poland so I can forecast that affecting me negatively.
Onwards and upwards! :)

Keeping up with my diet has an average intake of 1900 this week so still below my recommended intake of 2200. I managed to shave off another 0.7kg good result!
Went to the 5 times this week and focused heavily on core and legs to try and tone up my stubborn love handles and thigh fat.. hopefully should see results within the months to come!
Really happy and have more energy with my diet. This app is so useful to track everything!!
