Here we go again...as soon as I get a day off, I gain weight! I HAVE to make myself get into the same routine on weekends that I have during the week. I did switch over to Phase 2 yesterday and had some Pasta Fagioli for dinner...mmmmm, pasta, made me happy. It was a healthy dish with whole wheat pasta, but I'm not too happy on the scale this morning. Time to work it off!

I know I'm not eating enough, my diet calendar says so. But honestly, I feel like it's enough. I'm not hungry and I feel good. I'm sure this weekend I will go through the same yo-yo cycle of overeating, gaining back some weight, and then start the cycle again on Monday. But hey, today I'm losing weight and I'm happy!

I brushed my hand against my thigh in the middle of the night last night, and I was shocked to feel a firm, tight thigh where my weak, cellulite-ridden leg once resided. It's so exciting to watch the results of all my hard work come about!

I didn't get home until 8:30 last night, but I got my workout in anyhow. It was the first day of the Fitness Challenge, and I couldn't start out missing it. I already find that I work out harder, just knowing there are others doing the same thing as I am. I like!

Day 4 of Phase 1, second try: Down 11 lbs from when I started at the beginning of the year! It's starting to be noticeable, which just fires me up to do more. Yay. I've been sticking with my diet religiously, and hopefully the weekend won't knock me off track.
