I don't trust my scale any more. I don't think I've gained a pound since yesterday as it says. And yesterday, I got weights of 166.5, 166, and 164.5 all within a 2 hour period. I didn't lose 2 lbs in 2 hours--although it was the smaller of the 3 that I logged, lol!
I think I'll shop for a new scale. I don't need anything fighting my progress, and if I'm not making progress I certainly need to know it.

My husband's doctor wants him on the South Beach diet, but since we have a bunch of fruit in the house this weekend we're going to wait and start next weekend. Plus, I came down with a cold yesterday and was in bed most of the day so I wasn't really thinking about a diet. I did good to just get some calories in me.
Feeling a little better today, so I'm going to cook and make sure we have some healthy foods for lunch and dinner throughout the week. I don't know if I'll get to exercise today....still feeling pretty weak, but I might at least get on the treadmill for a bit.

Frustrated. Since the doctor took my Synthroid back down to 25 mcg starting 1/8, I am having all the symptoms again. Face is breaking out, allergy symptoms, weight gain, foot pain, and extreme cold in my feet. I went ahead and took 50 mcg today because I just can't stand it. I see her tomorrow and will beg for a new 50 mcg prescription, while trying to get out of the thyroid sonogram scheduled for Monday since there are NO SYMPTOMS of enlarged thyroid right now. I don't feel like throwing away money I don't have on tests that won't find something that isn't there anymore.
My new bicycle is here, skates should be here today, and I'm planning on working my ass off this weekend to drop some weight as well as shed the stress from the last 11 straight days of work.
Although, I could be riding to the hospital to have my husband admitted after they read his blood test results tomorrow....fingers crossed.
