Been up and down between 67 and 69 for weeks now! Trying very hard with my weekly meal prep and working out. I did one of those tests at the gym and im on 24% fat which im happy about so will focus on that for a while instead of the scale. Was nice to see the stats broken down so would recommend to anyone who goes to a gym!

Try have a nice snack for work everyday. Thinking protein bars for next week. I don't do shakes or anything so don't have protein powder at home. Should I go store bought bars or home made? I want them to taste edible😅 Dont trust the store bought stuff but think they will taste better than anything I could make myself.

I know its not on purpose but does anyone else ever feel bad for being healthy around other people? In the last two weeks I've been told twice, "O, you are one of those" when I try be a bit healthier. Generally I'm not even that healthy but try my best to work out a lot and be aware of my calories. Its all about balance at the end of the day but when you lose a lot of weight its actually really hard to keep it off and small things make a huge difference where as other people can eat whatever and stay the same because that's what their bodies are use to. Hate the thought of been one of those 😅

I can't resist something delicious so I avoid having yummy things at home. My roomie though can resist so will always have something delicious that she can just leave for months on end. Everything bad I have eaten this week has been from her! I love the skinny bitch but girlllll you are killing me😅😅 She made cupcakes with peanut butter icing and just left some on the table to haunt me all week.
Only reason for the loss is because I have been drinking a lot of water and its just coming back down from last weekend.
