The amount I excersize I should weigh nothing! It makes me feel good and I really do enjoy it so don't only do it for the weight loss but do wish it did more! Currently running 1-2 times a week. I play squash 3 times a week and do hot yoga once a week. I try do a 15 minute home workout 3 times a week also to work on muscle gain. I can't even manage 5 push ups so definitely not storing all this weight in my "muscles" if I can even call them that😅
I knowwww there are other benefits and I'm happy I get to be so active but being a skinny bitch would also be wonderful🙈

Going well, excersizing like crazy! Have some condense milk in the fridge I can't leave alone that's definitely not helping though!

9 days of holiday and this happens! Didn't even know this was humanly possible. Did 20 000 steps daily and I did 2 x 7km runs! I'm not that suprised because I ate to my hearts content. Felt like if I didn't squeeze as much food in these 9 days as possible I'd never be able to eat again! I was on holiday so Yolo but I feel terrible! I hope that once I'm back in my routine I'll drop the first 2kgs easy, just worried I won't be able to make it back all the way to my normal weight. What I have realized is how obsessed I am with food though, I don't have a ridiculously restrictive diet so not like this has been my first opportunity to eat nice things in ages but all I wanted to do was eat. I was just never full! Always thinking about my next meal. Does anyone else feel this way sometimes? Not sure if I'm just a food monster or it's because of my weight loss I've become more obsessed.

Things are going up and I am panicking! There have been a few changes so can't really say what's causing it. Haven't started it yet but got a prescription for the injection contraceptive. Anyone experienced weight gain with it? I'm too scared to take it now😑
